makeup toxicity

My friend Kazen, who will be going to Japan to LIVE in a few weeks/months, sent me this link about cosmetics.  Apparently her tinted moisturizer is banned in the EU for the chemicals in it.  So I decided to look up what I use.  I have a few bits of make-up that I carry with me.  They're rated on a scale of 0-10 with 10 being the worst.  I discovered that Neutrogena does ANIMAL TESTING!!!! But Wet 'n Wild DOES NOT!!!
